I offer Reflexology and other Complementary Therapies. You don't have to be ill to have Reflexology. I also offer various massage therapies & Hopi ear candling.

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing holistic therapy which can assist the body to activate its own healing, both physically and emotionally. It is a complementary therapy to help relax, balance and harmonise the body. Member: Federation of Holistic Therapists

The feet may be where reflexology begins, but they are rarely the whole story.

One of the things people often find so interesting about reflexology is that such a focused treatment can feel like it reaches much further.
Not because the feet are doing all the work on their own, but because the body works as one connected system.

When the nervous system begins to settle, other things can start to shift too. Breathing may soften. The mind may quieten. Digestion may feel less sluggish. Circulation may improve. Sleep may come a little easier. The whole person often feels the benefit, not just the feet on the couch.

That doesn’t mean reflexology is a cure-all, and it shouldn’t be presented as one. But it can be a powerful complementary therapy - one that gives the body a chance to slow down, regulate and respond in its own way.

That’s why a reflexology session may begin with the feet, but the deepest impact is often felt elsewhere. 👣

Just completed my first month working in the Copper Beech Clinic. Such a friendly and welcoming vibe there. And what perfect timing to have moved to a room with Air Con! Very happy clients!

There is a very particular kind of peace that comes after a good reflexology session. 💜

The kind where putting your shoes back on feels rude, answering emails feels personal, and the outside world seems to be asking far too much, far too soon.

Reflexology gives your body a chance to pause, soften, and come back to itself. So if you need a few quiet minutes in the car afterwards before re-entering normal life, we fully support that decision.

Anyone else know this exact post-treatment feeling?

One of the most beautiful things about reflexology is that it invites us to look beyond the obvious.

The feet may be where the work begins, but they’re never separate from the person who walks in - their habits, their pace, their pressures, their history, the way they move through the world.

That’s the quiet depth of this work. It doesn’t reduce anyone to “just feet.” It meets the whole person, gently and respectfully, one step at a time. 👣

A welcome interruption!

There’s a strange guilt around rest these days.
Like if you’re not doing something, you should be.

But your body doesn’t work like that.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is actually stop.
Not scroll. Not half-switch off. Properly stop.

Reflexology gives your system a chance to catch up - to settle, reset, and just breathe for a bit.

And weirdly… everything feels a bit easier after.
