Harbour Highlights
Took an opportunity to manage an international salon in Belfast,
I started this jounery 38 years ago , trained on island was fortunate to be sent off island to under take many courses in all aspects of hairdressing in this ever changing industry.
Second prolapse operation done , I really hope it doesn’t re-prolapse again 🤦♀️
Can’t say how I feel to pumped up on morphine 🤣🤣🤣
** FINAL PART **
Nearly ready to hand the keys back
I hope whoever takes the shop on next
That it is filled with as much laughter as I have

enjoyed … 🤣🤣
** CUSTOMER INFORMATION **
After serving the hairdressing industry for 40 years , i have made the hardest decision, as to bow out.
I can honestly say i've had the best 40 years in this career, i've gone through everything with my client's lifes adventures , School , College , Courtship, , Marriages, Cheating , Divorce , buying homes , Pregnancies ( Even the clients that didn't know themselves , ) hair never lies .
Death's ,Tears , to name just a few .
But out of the years i have to say it has been mainly laughter , alot of laughter, and maybe just a little bitching my me , with many clients starting as client's but over the many years turning into friendships and that am truly thankful for .
As many of you are aware back in October i went for a mircodiscectomy after returning back to the island recovery was not straightforward , and you all know i have no patience , so an MRI Scan was booked, this revealed that i had ,
Pr*****ed L3 disc
Pr*****ed L4 disc
Movement of the spine
The L5 disc that was operated on i have developed post operative granulation tissues that has impinged my S1 nerve that runs down my leg
I know don't do things by half !!
So not an easy decision to make but i think made slightly easier knowing the lease is coming to an end .
People that are holding vouchers could you please contact me '
Thank you for the many many years of continued support
very much appreciated .
Denise

All the very best for Christmas & New Year 🎄🎁🍾
Hopefully I’ll be on my feet soon 🤣🤣
Just a little update , operation was on Sunday and I was released today with feeling in my left leg , haven’t felt my leg for over a year, obviously the damage that was already done on my foot and ankle couldn’t be repaired but I knew that , can not thank Mr Furtado and his team enough ( poor fella didn’t know what had hit him taking me on 😁) . No pain as such , feel like I have been kicked by a horse and stiffness in my back but that’s all, they had set up a morphine drip for me , soon told him where he was going to put that and it definitely wasn’t in me, so only on paracetamol for the next 2 weeks . Long road ahead of physio, I’ve come to terms with that , onwards and upwards ..
