What's the difference between my freckles and age spots?
Freckles are genetic features and are usually present from childhood. They are created as a result of excess melanin (pigment) and they become more prominent when exposed to UV. Age spots are the result of age and an accumulation of UV exposure over your lifetime. With Lynton IPL we can target both types of pigmentation that occur on the face and body.
