Such a wonderful wedding morning doing the make-up for beautiful bride Melodie, her lovely mum and bridesmaids. Such an honour to be part of Mel’s day, a well organised, relaxed morning with lots of singing and laughter. What a wonderful family and bridal party who were so sweet, they even gave me a round of applause before they left for the ceremony.

Victoria made my job easy, what a truly beautiful bride and lovely person. Loved creating her look - she requested a stand-out Smokey eye which was still bridal with a full coverage/matte finish. I think MAC Peach Blossom has got to be the perfect bridal n**e for this look too!
I didn’t get chance to capture any photos of her bridesmaid and mother in law but they were a dream to work with too.

My go to for cleaning my make up brushes after a busy weekend of wedding make-up.

This stuff cleans effortlessly, kills a broad spectrum of bacteria and maintains the longevity of my brushes in my kit. Just wet your brush, swirl in the cleanser, massage into the palm of your hand or between your fingers, rinse and gentle squeeze out excess water and lay your brush flat to air dry.

Yesterday I was over at one of my favourite wedding venues in Canterbury doing the make-up for 7 amazing ladies. Here’s my set-up. I was so busy I didn’t capture make-up photos but I hope to be able to share some pro ones soon.

Lovely morning with beautiful bride to be Victoria. I really enjoyed her trial, creating a glamorous look that really brought out her eyes but will also go with her stunning dress and colour palette. Can’t wait for the big day!
