No weird “you’re self-employed but also here are 74 rules and a rota and can you cover Sharon’s lunch break?” situations. Your business is your business. We simply provide the space for you to do your thing in a salon people genuinely want to be in.

The Watt is creative, inspiring, a bit chaotic in the best way, and intentionally built to feel different from your copy-and-paste salon experience. Think incredible light and airy, loads of personality, large amount of plants, clients who “get it”, and a salon with a green front door that people have come to use as a landmark.

We’ve created a space where you can work independently without feeling isolated, in an environment that takes hair seriously but absolutely not ourselves. 🙃
