- Do you do one single tone after lightening or double tone when achieving cooler tones like this?

- I vary to be honest depending on what I'm trying to achieve but most of the time it's a double, and sometimes if I'm feeling frisky, it's a triple tone to get that perfect amount of deposit.

- Remember hair is like painting a wall, you have to build up the layers to get the best coverage and colour saturation.
