It’s our birthday month…. two years 🍾

We are celebrating two years open this month. The actual date has passed. We have been so busy setting up Michelle’s new wellness centre we forgot our own gym's birthday. 🙈

Better late than never. 😂

What a whirlwind two years it has been. 🙌

Some amazing clients and members have come through our doors over the course of two years, and many are still here.

That says a lot about what we are doing at MBH fitness. It has become a hub for men and women to create change in their health, fitness, and wellness for the better.

I hate complimenting myself or even receiving compliments about work. I think it’s such an Irish thing, we are afraid to say how good we are at something or how successful we are because it sounds egotistical.

BUT today I am going to blow smoke up our as*. 😂 Because we are an amazing gym and amazing coaches.

Why is there growth ?

Why do people want to train here?

Why do they tell their friends and suggest us to everyone they meet?

🟢We give members a say in many of the gym matters.

🟢 Our door is always open for support.

We have built an amazing little wellness community in Downpatrick and in 2024 this is going to grow even more. 💪

To celebrate two years open we are running a competition to the end of November 23.🏆
