⚠️ A Friendly Reminder About Appointment Cancellations ⚠️

As a small business, every appointment really does matter.

When appointments are missed or cancelled at the last minute, it's often impossible for us to fill that space. Not only does this have a significant impact on our business, but it also means another client misses the opportunity to book an appointment they may have been waiting for.

Our team is scheduled based on our appointment diary, which means we've already arranged staff to be in the salon and committed to paying wages to cover those bookings. When a client doesn't attend or lets us know too late, those staffing costs still have to be paid, even though the appointment goes unused.

If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Even 24 hours' notice can make a huge difference. It allows us to rearrange our diary and offer your appointment to someone on our waiting list.

We completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, and we're always happy to be understanding when they do. However, repeated no-shows and late cancellations make it difficult for us to run our business, so these may result in a booking fee or deposit being required for future appointments.

A quick phone call or message can make all the difference.

Excess sun exposure before or after waxing can make your skin extra sensitive and may lead to:

For your safety and best results, we recommend:
☀️ Avoid direct sun exposure & sunbeds for at least 24-48 hours before and after waxing
🧴 Keep skin moisturised and hydrated
🔥 Avoid waxing if skin is sunburnt or peeling
💛 Always wear SPF on exposed areas after treatment

Your skin health always comes first, and in some cases we may need to postpone your appointment if the skin is too compromised for waxing safely.
