Nails by Han

This isn’t my usual type of caption, but I feel it’s time to open up. Facing a serious health challenge at such a young age has been scary and life-changing.

After 12 months of taking enough painkillers to wipe out a small town 🤣 just to get through my 12-hour days of nailing💅🏽, I’m finally starting to feel like myself again following my recent surgery. It’s been a long road of pain, frustration, and a lot of tough days, but I’m so thankful to finally be seeing some light at the end of the tunnel.

After my surgery, I returned to work sooner than I probably should have because I was desperate to get back behind the desk (not great for my physical recovery, but good for the soul❤️‍🩹) I’m anxiously awaiting my next surgery in August, but that’s a bridge to be crossed when we get there!

These past few months have changed my perspective, and after a lot of time reflecting on what is important, I can’t stop thinking about how truly blessed I am to have such a loyal and wonderful client base that I’ve built over the past 6 years.

You are all my fabulous friends, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. Through all of this, our deep chats, laughs, debates, sing alongs and occasional tears have kept me going🥹. All of your kindness, check-ins, and trust means the world.

I love creating tiny art for you all and making you all feel beautiful, it truly keeps me inspired every single day. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
