5 years last month we have been taking appointments and I have never charged a no show fee as it has never really been a problem. But as of late it’s just becoming a problem. Some people have the decency to call in and pay for the missed appointment and others, well they just think it’s ok and walk back in no apology or explanation.
As of today if you don’t show up or cancel within 30minutes of your appointment you will be charged £10 on top of your next appointment.
There really should not be a problem as you are sent an email reminder the day before your appointment and on the morning of the appointment. It is quite simple to reschedule or even 1 click of a button will cancel it and allow us to get the space filled.
I understand sometimes something more important or Mayb an emergency pops up and the last thing on your mind is the hair cut that’s fine. But it takes 20 secs to cancel if lift the phone and let us know.

Ok folks I have taken the decision to close until 2pm on Friday the 24th of Jan due to the red weather warning. Anyone booked in before 2pm I apologise but your appointment will be cancelled. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

This decision was 99% made on the basis of Judith stressing making her way to work in the morning and Mayb having to stop off to buy a packet of 🚬 so it’s best we try our best to keep her on the right path 😁
