When the therapist becomes the client 🤍
I treated myself this morning to a gorgeous Neal’s Yard facial and reflexology treatment at Nature’s Touch while we’re down here in Cornwall.
She started with the facial, then while my face mask was doing its thing, she did cranial reflexology, which I’ve actually never experienced before! Then we finished with traditional foot reflexology.
She picked up on my right kidney, left lung and my jaw which I found really interesting 👀
And apparently I relaxed VERY well because at some point I heard myself snore 🤣🤣 So I think we can safely say I switched off!
It was honestly so lovely to be on the receiving end for a change. Such a relaxing treatment, a gorgeous little space and a really lovely therapist.
If you’re down this way and fancy a bit of time out, definitely go and give her some love. 🤍✨

✨ A little update to our booking policies... ✨
As Radiant continues to grow (and our diary gets busier 💛), we wanted to take a moment to share our booking policies with you.
Firstly, thank you. We know that life happens, plans change and emergencies can pop up unexpectedly. We always try to approach every situation with kindness and understanding, and we truly appreciate every single one of you who values our time as much as we value yours.
To help us continue providing the best possible service for all of our clients, we've introduced a few clear policies.
🎁 Pre-Paid Packages & Gift Vouchers
Our treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you change your mind, unused packages can be refunded within 14 days, with any treatments already used deducted at their full individual price.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Every appointment is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are not attended, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. Unfortunately, we are rarely able to refill appointments at such short notice, and as a small independent business this has a significant impact on us.
We completely understand that genuine emergencies do happen, and any exceptions to this policy will always be at our discretion.
💛 Refunds
As every treatment is tailored specifically to you and our therapists' time is reserved exclusively for your appointment, completed treatments are generally non-refundable.
However, if you feel your experience hasn't met your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours. We genuinely welcome your feedback and will always listen, discuss your concerns and review each situation fairly on a case-by-case basis.
These policies aren't here to catch anyone out—they simply help us protect our time, support our therapists and ensure appointments remain available and fair for everyone.

Sometimes we get so caught up looking after everyone else that we forget we need time to recharge too.

Gone to find the waves & witches 🌊🖤✨
While I'm away in Cornwall, the clinic will still be running as normal with the wonderful team looking after you.
I'll be swapping treatment oils for salty sea air, hunting down Cornwall's hidden gems (and maybe a few friendly witches in Boscastle 🧙♀️), filling my cup, and coming back refreshed.
