Do not let anyone plat your hair too tight
Give your hair enough rest in between styles
Avoid doing styles like braids and cornrows one after the other
Wear your protective hairstyles in winter then let your hair rest in warmer weather.If possible don't plat your hair at all in summer do simple hairstyles that are kinder to your hairline( e.g gel up)

The shrinkage is real ladies,am l right?
I encourage you to give your hair a good blowdry once in a while to see that length so as not to be discouraged thinking your hair is not growing


Just make sure your hair is well detangled
Work in small sections
Use a heat protectant
Use medium heat

Highly recommend this style for kids instead of extensions and crochet.....
