i’ve had a passion for makeup and beauty since eaaaaarly! my spark for lashes started when i started getting mine done a few years ago. i loved the vibe of the salon and i believe the best feeling is getting up from that salon bed and feeling like a new person with my lashes done and full. i wanted to give others that same feeling, provide a lovely, calm environment for clients to come lie down, have a lil therapy session and finish with their lashes done and that feel good feeling 🙏🏻
i’m new to the game but the goal is to: build a client base, get qualifications in other similar fields and get myself into a salon full time 🙏🏻! slowly but surely, i’ll get there and i want to thank those of you who support this new beginning 😘🖤

why do you need to wash your lashes?

our natural lashes are self-cleaning or get cleaned in a normal face washing routine. however, typical face wash includes ingredients that are too harsh or contain oil that break down the glue. lash shampoo is designed to be gentle, oil-free and protective of both lashes and the glue retention!💕

washing your lashes with lash shampoo will remove any makeup, natural oils on face/eyelids, dirt, dust and debris buildup! similar to what i just said about face wash, natural oils and dirt buildup can cause a breakdown in the glue and make your lashes fall off prematurely! 😪

very important to know.. not cleaning your lashes can cause infection and inflammation from the mix of debris sitting in and on the lashes! 😰
lash extensions can feel quite irritable if they’re not clean. give them a gentle wash and you’ll be feeling fresh! 🤩

it helps keep the retention of the glue strong! under those extensions, keeping your natural lashes clean, that glue and bond will hold strong and will allow a healthy grow of your own lashes. win win!🏅

ultimately, it’s to keep those lash extensions lasting long and keeping your natural ones healthy at the same time!💕

how to clean them:
1) remove any make up around the eye area (be careful with or try to avoid oil-based removers). wet your lashes to prepare for cleaning.

2) apply the foam cleanser to your cleansing brush and gently massage the product into the lashes and don’t be afraid to go down to the base of your eyelid. ensure you’re covering all of them with the cleanser.

3) rinse with warm water (not hot! your eyes are precious!). make sure all the product is rinsed off.

4) gently pat dry with a clean, soft towel and give them a little brush through.

it’s best to not get your lashes wet in the first 24-48 hours of your appointment. from then, if you have typically very oily skin, give them a wash daily. if you don’t have this issue, give them a wash every 2-3 days.
