Polite notice and salon policy introduction

As we are fast approaching the Christmas period🎄 🧑🏻‍🎄 🎄our appointments are getting busy some days are already full so to avoid disappointment please if you haven’t booked in don’t delay

Also as we are experiencing an increase in no show and last minute cancellations we are unfortunately having to introduce a no refund deposit policy for cancellations within 24 hours
More and more business are going through the same experience as we are and some clients don’t even contact us to cancel or cancels at the appointment time
leaving the salon with no opportunity to rebook another client in that gap
I still have the wage to pay for the time that work was scheduled for as my ladies are employed not chair renting, so I hope you understand we are forced as are other businesses to introduce this policy especially at busy times like Christmas

Hi Hairtime friends
Just a bit of information incase anyone is wanting an appointment with Judith
She is on holiday leave from this Saturday for two weeks then she will be off for another two weeks having her long waited for knee operation. so all in all from this Saturday she will not be in salon until 2 September all being well with her knee 🙏
So in effect off all of August . anyone needing an appointment Pauline and Vicky will be happy to look after you until Judith is back on her feet 😁

Thankyou Isabella for donating your gorgeous hair all nine inches of it 😳to the little princess trust. It was very brave of you and very kind. It will be very welcome by them well done to you ❤️

Hi everyone just a quick update . Judiths operation on her knee has unfortunately been cancelled temporarily
She will be taking appointments now until further notice, I will update the situation when she has a new date. Thankyou Margaret 👍

Hi to everyone just an advanced update to let you know Judith is having surgery 12/1/25 and we are expecting her to be out of the salon recovering for approximately two weeks all being well as far as we know . Hoping all goes well for her ❤️I will update you if anything changes
So if you need an appointment with her
She will be back in the salon next week for one week only THANKYOU 🩷
