So great to have a local park run event!

That’s me now closed for Christmas! A big thank you to all my amazing clients for making 2022 such a great year! ❤️
Unfortunately I don’t have space to take on any new personal training clients at the beginning of the year but if you are interested in getting started in the gym please do drop me a message. I am more than happy to point you in the direction of other opportunities in the area to get you going and I can add you to my waiting list.
I have a couple of Sports Massage appointments available from the 9th Jan, please book early to make sure I can get you in.
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

I'm currently away in Europe for a couple of weeks. First stop, Molveno, for the XTERRA World Championships. I'm not competing but really excited to be part of the commentary team for the elite women's racing. I'm then heading over to Frejus in the South of France to compete in the UCI Canyon Roc Marathon at Roc d'Azur.

If you would like an appointment please message as usual or fill out the booking form on my website. I'm back in from the 11th October but with limited availability for the following 2 weeks.
