Pampered by Molly turns 3! 🎂

3 years ago today I took the plunge and went self employed. Being trusted to make people feel confident, beautiful and their best selves is something I never take for granted. I genuinely love what I do and feel so lucky I get to call it my job.

From starting out small in my mum and dad’s conservatory to now working from a salon I get to call my own will always feel surreal. I’m incredibly grateful to my dad for helping me bring my vision to life and turn my dream of creating a calm, relaxing salon space into a reality I get to work from everyday. I’ll always be grateful for where I started but having a salon of my own has been an incredible upgrade for me and my clients. It’s hard to believe it’s already been 8 and a half months since I moved in!

Looking back over the last 3 years I feel incredibly lucky to have met so many amazing people. Thank you so much for trusting me, supporting me and allowing me to do a job I love every day. Your support has helped me grow both personally and professionally and I can’t wait to see what the future holds 🩷

You may have noticed road closure signs at the beginning of the industrial estate from 1st-3rd July. The good news is the road will be closed 6pm-6am meaning most clients will not be affected! Any clients with appointments after 6pm will be contacted 💕

Planned Road Works – St Mary’s Industrial Estate, Dumfries

Surfacing works are scheduled on the U920n (St Mary’s Industrial Estate) from the A709 Lockerbie Road to the end of the estate.

📅 Dates: 30 June – 2 July 2026
⏰ Times: 6pm to 6am each night
🚫 Traffic management:
• Road closure in place during working hours
• Parking suspension will apply

Diversion:
There is no suitable diversion route to access the industrial estate during the closure, so please make alternative arrangements. Please ensure vehicles are removed from the road during this time.

These works are part of the council’s summer road improvement programme, helping to maintain and improve local roads.
