I go to the gym with Steph and honestly, from the first time I met her I was desperate to get my hands on her face 😂🤍

She is absolutely beautiful, but she’s also one of those people who genuinely doesn’t seem to realise just how beautiful she is.

So getting to do her bridal makeup was a bit of a dream for me. Soft, glowy, polished and still completely Steph — just the most gorgeous version of herself. ✨

The story behind Muse of the Month 🤍

It started years ago as a little creative outlet for me, and over time became something so much more.

After bringing it back this year, I asked you to nominate someone who deserved a little time, attention and love — and that’s how Susie came back into my chair.

What has happened since has honestly blown me away. So many incredible local businesses have offered their time, talent and generosity to help turn one little idea into a really special day.

But before all of that, I wanted to explain where Muse came from, why I brought it back, and most importantly, give Susie the space to tell her story, in her own words. 🤍

A little reminder of just how much blush + lipstick can bring a makeup look to life 💄✨

The eyes and base were already doing their thing, but adding that little pop of colour to the cheeks and lips just lifted the whole look.

Sometimes it’s those final touches that make all the difference 🤍

First time in my chair, and one of those faces that really didn’t need much at all.

I kept everything soft and fresh, using peachy tones through the cheeks and eyes to really bring out those gorgeous blue eyes 🍑🩵

Nothing heavy, nothing overdone, just enhancing what was already there
