The Calm Room

When did you last make time for you?

Not to catch up on emails.
Not to sort the house.
Not to look after someone else.
Not to tick something off your list.

Just an hour where nobody needs anything from you.

That’s what The Calm Room is for. 🌿

A warm treatment bed.
Quiet.
Soft lighting.
Beautiful skincare.
A little time to breathe.
And someone else looking after you for a change.

You don’t need to need a facial.

You don’t need a special occasion.

You don’t even need to be particularly good at relaxing.

You can simply decide:

“Tonight, I’m going to take some time for me.”

I have a few evening spaces available this week:

🤍 Tuesday — 6pm, 7pm & 8pm
🤍 Wednesday — 7pm & 8pm
🤍 Thursday — 6pm, 7pm & 8pm

If your week has already felt like a lot, perhaps this is your little reminder to make some space for yourself.

Message me and I’ll help you choose the right treatment.

The Calm Room
31 Bank Street, Dumfries

No pressure. No expectations. Just calm.

A little space for you 🤍

I have two Calm Room appointments available this Thursday:

🌿 6pm
🌿 7pm

And what you do with that time is entirely up to you…

THE DISCOVERY — 30 minutes
THE RESET — 45 minutes
THE QUIET HOUR — 60 minutes

Choose the treatment you need, climb onto the warm bed, switch off from everything else and enjoy some time that is completely yours.

No rushing. No to-do list. Just a little pocket of calm. 🤍
