December Appointments Policy 🎄

As we head into December, it is an extremely busy time and unfortunately I have no room for rescheduling appointments.

If you are unwell and need to cancel, I completely understand, however please be aware that my cancellation policy will still stand, a 50% charge of your service will still apply any time from 72hrs from appointment date and on the day cancellation will be full payment. If I have 2 or 3 cancellations in one day, it sadly means I won’t make any income for that day at all.

Last December I had quite a lot of last-minute cancellations and lost a significant amount of money, which is why this policy is now in place. I hope everyone can understand that this is a very busy period and, like everyone, I also have bills to pay.

RETIREMENT HOME/ LONG TIME FOSTER HOME

Our beautiful old girl Precious has given the team a bit of a scare the last few weeks.
The team in Romania noticed her eye suddenly didn’t look quite right, and after a vet check she’s been diagnosed with a lens dislocation.
Sadly surgery isn't possible. 😓

It breaks our hearts that after everything she’s been through - she now faces yet another challenge. 💔

Precious was rescued a few years ago after being cruelly kicked out of the yard she had lived in all her life. When her family decided they no longer wanted her, they threw her onto the street along with her doghouse - the only “home” she’d ever known. 💔 Since then, she’s lived at the shelter, where sadly she’s often been bullied by other dogs.
She has a historic leg fracture, bony growths on her spine, and now this problem with her eye. 😢 All her blood tests are clear, and scans are otherwise fine.
Despite it all, she remains such a gentle, loving soul who asks for so little. She truly deserves comfort, warmth and care in her golden years, not more suffering. 😢

Rex had a few people ask about him but sadly no home offers. The older dogs do get over looked sadly. Please repost him to try find him his own happy ending.
