I love Wild Dook Sauna and have spent many lovely hours enjoying a Sauna, cold plunge or outdoor swim and chats with Mhairi. We have talked often about hosting an event together and I have a feeling this is the first of many.

The weather was against us but that didn’t matter at all.
Soul Studios first Pilates and Picnic event was such a lovely way to spend a Saturday.
How lucky I am to have found such an amazing group of people that believe in me, my classes and show up to support Soul Studio.
I am feeling very grateful tonight.
