This seated massage uses compressions, kneading, percussion, vibrations and stretching to relax, rejuvenate and re-energise. The treatment focuses on the upper body concentrating on the head, neck, upper and lower back, shoulders, arms and hands. This treatment uses no oil and allows the client to stay fully clothed. This is a deep tissue massage including various techniques such as Swedish Massage, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, stretching, active, passive and resisted movements.
