Just a little reminder when booking appointments with small businesses, cancellation fees do apply, and they’re in place for a reason.

Last minute cancellations have a huge impact on us. Like today, you may not be the only person cancelling, and suddenly we can be left with hours of wages to pay with no appointments there to cover them.

We completely understand that things come up and sometimes cancelling is unavoidable, but please think twice about disputing or refusing to pay a cancellation fee when it falls within the policy you agreed to when booking.

These policies aren’t there to punish anyone,
they’re there to protect our small business and our staff when appointments can’t be refilled at short notice. 💛✖️

We’ve had an unusually high number of last minute cancellations today, which has left Ellis with no clients between 10:30–4pm 😞

So, to try and fill those spaces at such late notice Ellis has facials on at £40 instead of £64 and 20% off of any style of individual lashes
