I’m afraid I’m going have to start charging 50% of appointments if cancelled within 24 hrs.

I turn many clients away unable to fit them in and people cancel their appointments last minute. It’s impossible to fill these appointments in such a short space of time.
I understand that some last minute cancellations can’t be avoided & I would take this into consideration.

I hope you understand that this is not me being harsh but this is my income and pays my bills.

I’ve been holding off doing this for a while now but due to the increase in product prices , I’m afraid I’ll have to add a slight increase to all colouring processes…..tints, highlights & toning.
