DEPOSITS : I'm sure most of you are sick of reading this I feel the same .
My business can't run without a deposit system put in place,week after week there are cancellations due to Ill health or just not showing up this has been an increase since covid and I totally understand about sickness but at the same time if u haven't paid a deposit I'm loosing that plus your appointment time which sometimes can't be filled at short notice,then I'm rebooking ur next appointment which is more time booked out with no deposit in the hope you are able to attend.

How deposit works (or should work )=)

£25 NON refundable deposit taken at time of booking if you need to cancel this will be lost. Your appointment wont be confirmed without this.
This then secures me at least something for cancellations.

ALL cancellations within 24 hours require FULL payment, Then if u wud like to rebook a £25 deposit is required.
