I ask politely can everyone check your hair appointment time and date and ensure it still suits. I have an active cancellation list so if you can no longer withhold your appointment someone else can take it.
All no show appointments will now be charged for full service that’s been missed and deposits will be required to then secure another appointment. I hope everyone understands my reasoning.
