I have been asked to share this on behalf of Derek Laing, after 50 years of trade in Dumfries it is very sad that he will not be reopening. This salon will always hold a special place in my heart this is where I started and returned until the end of my hairdressing career. So guys this week will be my last week in the salon I am officially hanging up my scissors! 😞 As of next week I am moving on to a new venture and will no longer be hairdressing, as many of you know I have been studying along side my salon time and it is now time for me to put my studies into practice and start on a new career path!

Love this colour correction done recently, before picture doesn’t fully show the amount of different pinks, reds and oranges still staining this hair from previous colour, I had to get the thinking cap on to neutralise these fully, using various different tints and no lightening products to achieve this transformation and leaving the hair with condition and shine 😊😍
