After 5 great years at King Street Clinic with Gael Moffat Sports Therapy and making amazing new friends, as we move in to 2025 Hair by Jackie is relocating to Meraki hair by freya Holgate , Suite 5, Galloway House at The Crichton.

We have a very welcomed addition to our team in 2025! Jackie starts with us on the 8th of January and will be doing two days in the salon.

Looking forward to getting back next week . I Will be intouch with anyone who has an appointment booked for colour to arrange a skin test before there appointment.

Think that’s me contacted everyone that had an appointment cancelled since Christmas and who messaged requesting an appointment. If I’ve missed anyone sorry but I will get one sorted as soon as I can . For an one else looking for an appointment get intouch .

Hope everyone is doing ok and hopefully managed to stay Covid free .
Looks like it’s going to be 26th April before I’m going to be aloud to reopen!
It’s been a long lockdown!
I will be intouch with everyone who had an appointment to rearrange at the beginning of April . Any one who would like an appointment and hadn’t made one can drop me a message.

All appointments until the 19th of January are postponed until I am aloud to reopen . Will be in touch with all of you who had an appointment book .

Just to let everyone know the procedure when you come back to the salon will be the same as before :

• There will be no waiting area & the front door will be locked so when you arrive please let me know by text, wait in your car and I will come and get you when I have the salon ready for you. There will only be one client in the salon at a time.

• Sanitizer will be provided in the reception area and in my salon, please ensure you use this when you arrive and when you leave.

• Sadly, no coffee, tea or magazines will be made available, but you can bring your own if you wish.

• I will be wearing the appropriate PPE.

•You will need to wear a mask whilst in the salon. I can provide a mask for you if you’d like to keep yours colour or hair free.

• Payment can still be made by cash or by card.

Finally after a long wait we have a date of Wednesday 15th of July to reopen . I’m am working on my diary right now and will be in touch with everyone who had an appointment booked over the time I was closed and get you all booked back in as quickly as I can . 🎉 x

Sorry still no further forward with an opening date . Think hairdressers have been forgotten about !
