Goodbye Japanese Head Spa 😞

We have made the difficult decision to stop offering Japanese Head Spa treatments in the studio. We know this has been one of our most popular services, and we truly appreciate everyone who has supported it.

Our last date for booking or redeeming any vouchers will be Sunday 9th August.

All of our services and packages will be discounted in price for the dates below, for any future bookings, excluding voucher usage, so now is the time to try this treatment before it's too late!

This wasn't an easy decision, but after careful consideration, we've decided it's the right step for our business at this time.

I just thought i would do a wee update on my cancellation policy’s as there’s been a few more last minutes lately. Being in this industry or any job at the moment is hard and i completely understand but with being self employed every penny counts. All cancellations or no shows add up at the end of the month and it’s not little amounts either.

✨ Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting my time and commitments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.

Emergencies
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please get in touch as soon as possible, and exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
