With a prominent dorsal hump, filler doesn’t remove the bump. Instead, it camouflages it by adding volume above and/or below the hump to create a straighter profile.

Here’s what that means:

💉 Is 2 mL a lot?
• 1 mL per side (total 2 mL) is very common for moderate folds.
• Mild folds may need only 1 mL total.
• Deeper folds or significant volume loss may require more than 2 mL, sometimes staged over sessions.

💧 What “medium viscosity” means

Medium-viscosity hyaluronic acid fillers are
• Thick enough to provide structure and lift
• Flexible enough to move naturally with facial expression
• Suitable for moderate folds and midface support

• Immediate softening (final look settles over ~2 weeks)
