Late happy new year everyone and to all my clients I haven't offered any treatments at the moment due that I am taken time off as I'm current due to have my baby in march as I'm struggling to do treatments at moment with the size I am but once i have my baby I will be starting up my treatments again x

All prices are back to normal but will have more specail offers soon so keep an eye out 👀

Today last day of any special offers available as tomorrow all prices will be back to normal if anyone would like to book an appointment I'm available for late night appointments for tonight

They won't be any services or bookings available today or tomorrow due to having a bad stomach bug I have at the moment deeply apologise all services and bookings will be re opened and available again after 48hours x

Hate to mention this but can I remind any clients or customers who can't make thier appointment or need to reschedule or cancel can you please let me know 24 hours prior to treatment as a client could have had this slot and also no time wasters such as ordering items for thier treatment and then not turning to thier appointment this is costing me alot of money as the cost of living things are tough in this industry and I can't afford any more time wasters.

I would have to start charging for any appointments that a client that doesn't turn up I will charge them fully of the treatment service cost.

Carroll's Beauty new policy rules 2022

i really appreciate that in some
circumstances of any lateness and cancellations cant always be helped.

However due to continuous cancellations and no shows.
I have been left with no choice but to apply cancellation fees for now on.

●Less than 48-hour notice will result in an amount equal to 100% of the reserved service amount being charged.

●Less than 24-hour noticed with result in an amount equal to 100% of the reserved service amount being charged.

●No Shows of any client that does not inform us of their need to cancel or that they will not be attending will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

●If the above fees are not apply to you will be unable to book an appointment with Carroll's Beauty until the above fee is paid.

●All bookings require a non refundable deposit before being booked
