6 WEEKS OF SUMMER WITH US ☀️🤍

And what a 6 weeks it’s been!

We started strong with a wee break to Centre Parcs — our first trip as a family of 5 🥹 — and then it’s been non-stop from there…

Days out, Innoflate, Ninja Kids, cinema trips, date nights, football, family visiting, BBQs, trips down south and plenty more in between!

It’s safe to say we’ve made the most of every minute and we’ve had an absolute blast 🥰

Tomorrow it’s back to reality… school uniforms, packed lunches, alarms and routine! 😂

As much as I’ve absolutely loved having all my babies home for the last 6 weeks, I think I’m also ready for a little bit of routine and structure again.

Summer 2026, you’ve been a blast. ☀️🤍

Now… where did that 6 weeks actually go?! 😭

Well… I didn’t quite take home the win, BUT I did come away from the 2026 Hair & Beauty Awards as HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for Hair Extensions Specialist of the Year… and I’m bloody proud of that. 🥹🤍

Was I hoping to hear my name called as the winner? Absolutely. 😂
Am I disappointed that I didn’t? Of course.

But when I stop and actually think about it… my little home salon, my own business, my own hard work, being recognised amongst so many talented hair professionals is something I should be proud of.

I entered not really expecting anything, and to come away with a Highly Recommended award is proof that the work I’m putting in is being noticed.

So no winner trophy this time… but I’m taking this one as a little reminder that I’m doing alright. 🥹✨

A huge thank you to every single client who trusts me with their hair, especially my extension clients who have supported me throughout this journey. You’re a massive part of why I get to do what I love. 🤍

And who knows… maybe next year I’ll be taking home the big one. 😉🏆

For now… Highly Recommended will do nicely. 🥂✨
