This is just a reminder I'm closed on Saturday for training. Sorry for any inconvenience. Im off down to Morecambe to the training centre.

So today is Fibromyalgia awareness day . The unseen pain and fatigue. As you’s know I have this . Some days are a constant struggle, but I have to get up and carry on . I enjoy my work to much to let it beet me . There really should be more awareness of this . Picture isn’t mine but feel free to share it to spread awareness xx
