I am sorry for my lack off attention and response to messages.
I feel I am losing a bit of myself everyday,
I have anxiety about opening or replying to messages as I don't know if or when I can book appointments.
My anxiety and Panic attacks have reached an all time high and are so unpredictable which makes the cycle worse.
I don't know how or what I am going to feel on a daily, hourly or sometimes by the minute,
I feel so suffocated from absolutely nothing and after that creep of a sexual predator,, Wheni am in the salon it makes me and my anxiety worse.
I hate letting my clients down so I have been trying not to pre book too many appointments as I don't know how I will feel on any given day.
I have changed from being a strong independent positive women, who loved work and my salon to feeling weak, and scared all the time.
I feel like huge let down to my clients.
I can only apologise for the last few months and say how much I appreciate and love your patience with me.
Ptsd is so hard to deal with but I will beat it and will return bigger and stronger than before.
I have been staying of all social media for the past month and will continue to do so but I will read and respond to all messages as soon as possible.

Iona came in with an allover brassy blonde with her stark naturally dark roots; after a failed attempt in the house to go lighter, she made an appointment with a hairdresser to get a colour correction- fast forward to our appointment. She felt her hair was lifeless, she told me her history, and after a long consultation she trusted me to do my thaaang. 6 hours later this is the result, do you love it as much as we do ? !!!!
