Where possible can all appointments be made on my Facebook business page or my work number only.
If all messages are going to the one place they are so much easier to answer, I end up forgetting where people have messaged if they are on my personal Facebook or number.

There has been quite a rise in clients coming in unwell I know it’s super annoying needing to wait an extra week or two but can I please ask you reschedule if you feel poorly, it’s such a small little shop.

I know I still have some messages to reply to. Promise I’ll get that done today.
