booking a deposit fee is required to secure your slot. £10 deposit is required on all cut services.£25 deposit is required on all service £50 and above. Deposits are non refundable. A deposit can be transferred to another appointment with 72hours notice. Anything less than 48 hours a new deposit is required for the new slot. CANCELATIONS/NOSHOWS/RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS
If you have to cancel your appointment please do so with plenty of notice. I understand emergencies may occur which means you may not be able to attend your appointment but please be aware of anything less than 24hours and on the day cancellations/no shows will require the full payment to be made as I will have no time to book out a new slot. If you do not pay the outstanding balance within 24hours from cancelling you will no longer be able to book back in. If you have to reschedule a new appointment please note a new deposit may be required if anything less than 48hours. LATE POLICY
Please be on time for your appointment if you are any later than 10 minutes the service may not be able to continue with the appointment and a cancellation fee will apply. If you are late this may result in less coverage which is why it is important to be on time for your appointment. Please note I will always try to give full coverage at appointments in the allocated time slot. If there is any issues with your treatment you have had ,this must be reported within 48 hours from the appointment. You must give Scrunch.N.Curl the opportunity to fix/rectify any problems that may occur. There are no refunds on any treatments as time and products have been used that. SALON RULES
As we work in a busy salon we don’t have much room please try to come to your appointment alone when possible as the waiting area is for clients who are receiving an appointment.
