After having muy second child my weight was the highest it had ever been so I tried all the usual diets and diet tablets that go about but nothing worked or if it did I just couldnt stick to it and gave up because I was starving. Last October I noticed my mum was looking alot thinner than Id ever seen her so I asked what diet she wa

s doing this time and thats when I was introduced to herbalife and Ive never looked back. I started replacing 2 meals a day with the shake , it was easy having the shake in the morning because I would just make it up and have it once I got 2 work, plus I never ate breakfast before anyway so I wasnt missing anything. I would then have my 2nd shake at dinner or lunch time depending on what I was doing that day. I never deprived myself of going out for meals or my weekend takeaway those meals would just be my 1 meal a day and I woulds try having as little carbs as poss with it. I also took the multivitamin tablets and fibre tablets at each meal time and I found the fibre really helped me get rid of fat that I ate. I lost a stone quickly and was back in2 my clothes but also I felt great I had much more energy & that will be down to my body getting things it actually needs even my skin and hair are in much better condition. since loosing the weight I now just have my 1 shake a day at breakfast but always take the tablets with all my meals and I will double ,my intake of fibre tablets if ive ate a bit too much. I have now booked my wedding for next June and I want to keep my weight down alltogether I have lost 1 & a half stone because the weight still went down with just 1 shake a day but just more slowly. This has been the best lifestyle change I have ever made and I have no plans to stop it even if I have a baby after the wedding I will keep on it throughout the pregnancy as this is so much healthier for my body than what I would eat without it. Herbalife worked for me but that doesnt mean it will work for every1 because you need to stick at it and let it become part of your everyday life and if you do do that YOU WILL LOOSE WEIGHT & YOU WILL FEEL GREAT ###x

Argh I'm running out of fibre tabs so will be doing an order 2day or 2mro, let me know if any1 needs anything 😃 also I'm wanting 2 try toning up now I've lost the weight so I know a personal trainer who does a full hour for £6 each if I can get 4 ppl 2 do it or £7 each if I can get 3 ppl 2 do it with me I'm thinking a Saturday morning , let me know if any1 is interested xx

Ok so I was out last nyt and ended up getting chips and donner after the club which I took home then took my Herbalife tablets and ate the donner without the chips lol now that's dedication when drunk haha x

this product is amazing its an energy drink thats only 10 calories , high caffeine and full of your daily vitamins you get 10 of these in a box for only £20, so basically £2 per drink and they are so much better for you and provides more energy than the energy drinks you can buy in the shops :-)
