We are unbelievably proud of our very own Radek who has won GOLD for TrendVision 2026 Editorial Visionary Award UK.
The commitment, drive, talent and ambition he has poured into creating this looks has been incredible to watch, and this win feels so deserved.
We know this is only the beginning for Raddy. We’re so excited to watch his career continue to grow, to support him through everything still to come, and to celebrate everything he has already achieved along the way.
A huge thank you also has to go to his gorgeous model,. TrendVision is a long process and definitely not for the faint-hearted, so we’re incredibly grateful to her for trusting Raddy, giving him complete creative freedom and allowing him to do what he does best.
So proud of you, Raddy. What an achievement. 🤍
Back in London for TrendVision 2026 ✨
This year, we were incredibly proud to have two finalists representing McIntyres. Raddy in Editorial UK and our graduate stylist in XPOSURE.
TrendVision is always a highlight in our calendar. A chance to bring our team together, celebrate our industry and be surrounded by some of the most exciting creativity and talent from across the UK.
This year, we had even more to celebrate as Raddy was awarded GOLD in Editorial UK 🏆
We’ve seen the work, creativity and attention to detail that went into bringing his vision to life, which made seeing his name announced on the night all the more special.
We couldn’t be prouder of both Raddy and Keira, and everything they achieved this year.

You’ll be the first hello, the friendly face at reception and a big part of making sure every client feels welcome, looked after and has the best experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Salon experience isn’t essential, if you’re naturally great with people, love providing brilliant service and are excited to learn, we’ll give you all the training and support you need.

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our team, and we’re looking for the right person to come on board.
We’re looking for a Front of House / Receptionist to join our busy, dynamic and genuinely lovely team on a part-time or full-time basis.
You don’t necessarily need salon experience, we’ll give you all the training and support you need. Experience in reception, front of house, customer service or the hair & beauty industry is a bonus, but for us, it’s just as much about finding someone with the right attitude.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm and welcoming, confident and organised, a great communicator, flexible and adaptable, and genuinely passionate about people and great service.
Maybe you’re ready for a change of direction. Maybe you’ve worked in hair and would love to stay within the industry in a different role. Or maybe you simply know you’d be brilliant at making our clients feel welcome and looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
