The salon will be closed this coming week for a much needed holiday.
We will be open again again on Wednesday 19th of April.
We look forward to seeing you all when we return.

The Salon has unexpectedly had to close today due to illness.
We are attempting to contacted clients to reschedule appointments as soon as possible.
We are hoping to be open again tomorrow but will post further updates if the situation changes.

Hello everyone, the Salon will be closed from Wednesday 6th of July for one week to allow for staff holidays.
We will open again on Wednesday 13th of July and look forward to seeing you then.

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances the Salon will be closed on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th of May. We apologise to clients for the short notice but it is outwith our control.
Tracy will contact you regarding your appointment to make alternative arrangements.
We will be open again as normal next week and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The salon will be closed Friday 11th and Saturday 12th of February to allow for staff holidays.
We will be open again and look forward to seeing you all from Wednesday 16th at 10am.

Hello everyone, we are having a problem with the salon telephone line today.
If you can't get through please call 07749616247 as an alternative.

The salon will be closed for holidays from Monday the 5th July and reopening on Wed 14th July then closed again from 27th july to 4th of August.

Hi everyone, we are overwhelmed by your continued support of the business as always and thank you all.. Our phone has never stopped ringing today and we know some of you are having trouble getting through.
We only have one line unfortunately and calls are being transferred to Tracy who is working from home.
She has been inundated with calls this morning and is trying her best to get everyone booked in as soon as possible.
If you are having difficulty getting through, please keep trying you will eventually be successful.
Hopefully the rush will ease slightly this afternoon and over the next day or two and we get the chance to get everyone booked in.

At last we have a date for opening.
We are planning to open the Salon on Wednesday the 7th of April and continue from that point onwards operating normal opening hours.
We understand how desperate many will be to get an appointment booked. We therefore aim to start taking appointments by telephone from 10am tomorrow morning. We have made the decision to take bookings by telephone only, this allows a discussion around your exact requirements which helps us plan our appointments more accurately. This enables us to get as many of you in as possible but in a safe socially distanced manner as is practical.
Please be patient, we will busy on the telephone, particularly for the remainder of this week.
If you cant get through, please keep trying, we will eventually get your call.
For clients who purchased vouchers, we will extend thier validity until the end of July, however if required we may review this decision and extend that date further.
We can't wait to see you all and look forward to catching up with our regular clients and meeting new clients for the first time.

Hello everyone, at last some positive news regarding the ending of lockdown restrictions.
We appear to have a rough estimate of the end of April for opening again, but as of yet we cannot give confirmation of a definitive date.
It appears it will depend on what tier each area is placed into as we come out of lockdown.
We hope to have further clarity over the coming days or weeks and will make further announcements on Facebook when we can.
Again we ask for your patience with regards to booking appointments. We do not feel it would be wise to start taking bookings until we know for sure what date we will be opening.
We are however looking forward to seeing you all again and cant wait to get back in the salon ourselves.
