5.25am. I am not sleeping.
Its with a heavy heart I write this but Saturday September 30th will be my last day. I will cease cutting hair.
After scans, recent diagnosis with Fibromyalgia as well as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis now bulging discs in lower back, dehydrated discs, bone spurs and damage and neck has dehydrated sheaths around my nerves compressing them, my pain clinic appointment was very clear, enough is enough before I do permanent damage to my nerve and/or spine.
So I have no options left.
I am sad that its not my choice, however although I seem bubbly I have been struggling and have to admit to myself that enough is enough.
I have had so many journeys with so many of you, weddings, children, new houses, new jobs, funerals.... achievements, the list goes on plus you support myself and Jamie so much its amazing to know you all.
But chin up, I shall see you all in coming weeks and no sadness or I might cry lol then I will need a hug lol.
Thank you all for reading, being amazing clients, giving me help, advice and an ear when I need the support.

World Karate Championships in which Jamie Heeney did two competitions today, won two bronze. Hats off to him, up super early then nerves of competing plus all the waiting around etc for someone with autism and learning difficulties he does set boundaries. So so proud of you as always Jamie ❤ 💓 💛
