Cancellation Policy

At MB Beauty Therapy, I value your time and strive to provide every client with the highest quality of care and service. In return, I kindly ask that you respect my time and commitment by adhering to the following booking policy.

Appointments

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the booked treatment.

No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full treatment fee will be charged.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure I stay on schedule for the next client.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Deposits

A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill.

Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-show or late cancellation.
