Ordinary people like us trying their best for their families .
I will never understand those in power who make decisions on our behalf yet have no understanding g of our lives .
I like others feel helpless and wait and watch the trauma unfold .

Hello everyone. Hope you have all had a positive week despite some of the weather .
I have had a lovely week with my clients and believe I learn so much on their journeys to improved well being . Reflexology is such a gentle yet can be a deeply felt therapy treating individuals on all levels. It helps rebalance bodies, minds and inner feelings.
I received my favourite flowers this week from a happy reflexology recipient 😀 .
Looking forward to introducing facial reflexology once course completed. Watch this space 🧐

Reflexology aims to optimise the physical and emotional health of pregnant women. It allows time away from often busy lives and enable a focus on self and your growing baby. Breathing techniques used during session are not only to encourage relaxation but may help in preparation of labour.
It’s a privilege to journey with pregnant women and wonderful to receive a photo of a new arrival into a family.
Over last few months my then pregnant niece was attending for reflexology sessions and I. M delighted she gave her permission for me to celebrate their delight in the arrival of Baby Mirren . Born on 7 th January . Everyone is smitten with her. My niece has also gave permission for photo of her new family.

Initial Reflexology consultation and treatment takes1hr 15 mins and costs £30 .
Follow up session is usually 1st and costs £25.
