Things you forget about during your sauna session ♨️

• Your phone
• Your to-do list
• That thing you were stressing about this morning
• The noise in your head

Just fresh sea air, warmth, cold dips and that feeling of actually switching off for a while.
The best part? You don’t even realise it’s happened until after.

Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Sauna 🔥

Join us on the longest day of the year for a special morning of sauna, sea and sound.

We'll begin with time in the wood-fired sauna, moving between the heat and the cool waters of the Tay before settling in for a deeply relaxing sound bath with Shella & John from Breathe Dundee.

The combination of sauna and sound creates the perfect environment for slowing down and resetting. The heat helps relax the body, while the sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, didgeridoo and voice encourage a sense of calm and restoration.

Lie back, get cosy and allow yourself to drift.

Hot take: we’ve normalised being stressed all the time.

Constantly overwhelmed.
Always busy.
Never fully switched off.
Maybe your body isn’t asking for more productivity.

Maybe it’s asking for rest, fresh air, heat and a proper reset ♨️
If you’ve been feeling burnt out lately, this is your sign to slow down for an hour.

Bee’s Sauna exists because of many things, but Brutus was a huge part of the beginning.

The sea was his happy place.
And somewhere between cold water swims, long beach walks and dreaming about a different kind of life, the idea for Bee’s Sauna started to grow.

A lot of this story started with him 🤍

Goes without saying doesn’t it 😍

We still need to do our bit to keep it beautiful by taking your rubbish away with you.

Every weekend I have to litter pick and pick up after people who think it’s ok to litter our beautiful beach.

🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING: Broughty Ferry Beach has been named one of the best beaches in Scotland for a 23rd year in a row!

Keep Scotland Beautiful complies the list every year and has consistently praised the beach for its outstanding cleanliness, safety, and water quality.

Huge congratulations Broughty Ferry Beach, to those who work on the beach, volunteer to help pick up litter and keep it tidy, you are the best!

Always try and stay safe in the water! Respect the sea ✌️

Really sad news this Bank Holiday weekend, with four teenagers losing their lives in water incidents across the UK. 💙

With the warm weather, lots of people will be enjoying Broughty Ferry beach and the waterfront this summer 🌊☀️ Please stay safe around the water. Cold water, strong currents, tides and hidden dangers can catch anyone out — even strong swimmers.

💙 Don’t swim alone
💙 Don’t jump into unknown water
💙 Float on your back if you get into trouble
💙 Call 999 and ask for Coastguard or Fire & Rescue in an emergency

And please don’t remove or damage liferings — they’re there to save lives and one day could help you, your pals or your family.

Look after each other and enjoy the summer safely 🙌

Dolphin Spotting at Broughty Ferry Beach 🐬

One of those moments that reminds you to slow down and look up for a second.
Sea air, quiet mornings and little reminders that nature is doing its thing all around us. 🔥

We can't promise they'll visit during your session, but they could... come visit us and see for yourself! 🐝
