It’s , and after such a busy weekend at Bee’s, we’re feeling very grateful. 🐝

From the sauna to our events, it was one of those weekends full of warmth, connection, cold dips, good conversations and plenty of familiar and new faces. We’ve had such lovely feedback from everyone who joined us - and we’re so glad you loved it as much as we did.

So, your Monday reminder: rest doesn’t have to be earned.

Sometimes it can simply look like an hour by the sea. Sitting in the warmth of the wood-fired sauna, stepping out into the fresh air, taking a cold dip if you fancy it, and giving yourself a little time with nowhere else to be.

And if last weekend has given you a little Bee’s FOMO… we still have spaces for sauna sessions this weekend.

This October and November, Debbie from Sea Biscuit Sauna is bringing her guided sauna ritual to Bee’s.

A sensory 60-minute experience combining wood-fired heat, aromatic löyly, seasonal scrubs, face masks, birch and oak vihtas, cold water dips, herbal tea and a little time to simply be.

Heat. Dook. Sweat. Repeat.

But more than that, a chance to pause, reconnect and share the experience with others.

Two dates. Two sessions each.

Ok! This event is actually sold out before I even had a chance to post about it. Sorry about that but I still wanted to share the cool collaboration.

This Sunday, for an autumnal retreat we’re teaming up with and Feral Forager Scotland to bring this full day of events. And I can’t wait!

First up you’ll sauna in our insulated, wood fired tent to calm the mind and soothe the soul.

Next up you’ll learn to whittle with Kiri to carve a mushroom ornament or earrings.

Then a delicious foraged, homemade lunch with Kate before taking a wander around the ferry to see what you can forage yourself.
