Did you know? Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a hands-on approach that looks at how your muscles, joints, and body mechanics may be contributing to pain, tension, or limited movement.
At Repose, Dr. Alia Paquette combines osteopathic care with a whole-person approach, because sometimes what hurts isn’t the whole story.
Right now, an Internal Medicine appointment or OMT visit comes with three complimentary infrared sauna sessions. A little extra time to rest and reset.
How much coffee got Dr. Alia through med school?
Apparently… none. 😂
She runs on pure adrenaline, OCD and a need to serve.
Which, honestly, explains quite a bit about the Dr. Alia we know and love.
Oh, and the weedwacker story? Coming soon...

How many tabs are open on Dr. Alia’s computer right now?
The answer feels… extremely on brand. 😂
A new rapid fire every week because there’s a lot more to your doctor than what happens in the exam room.
Did you know? Microneedling isn’t just about getting product into your skin.
Those tiny needles create controlled micro-injuries that kick your skin’s natural repair process into gear, helping stimulate collagen and improve texture, tone and overall skin quality.
And yes, microneedling can also help certain products get where they need to go.
Ask us about microneedling at Repose.
We asked Dr. Alia the hard-hitting questions. 🍂
Fall favorites. Pumpkin spice. Cozy weather. And a few opinions we may or may not agree with.
Consider this your seasonal Q&A with Dr. Alia.
In this video, Dr. Paquette breaks down two trends that get an eye roll from her: consuming collagen for your hair, skin + nails and topical exosomes.
Why? Because without the right context, they can be more marketing than magic.
Collagen is a protein, and your body can’t absorb it whole. It gets digested and broken down into amino acids. So no, that scoop of collagen doesn’t get a direct flight to your hair, skin and nails.
That doesn’t mean it’s useless. Collagen can be a great source of protein, especially for peri- and post-menopausal women. Just know what you’re actually buying.
And topical exosomes? They need a pathway into the skin and are typically paired with treatments like microneedling or Juvasonic rather than simply applied on top.
The trend we *do* believe in? Knowing what you’re paying for.
