Hello! Some of you who know me personally may already know that I’m going to be working with Llana Holistic Spirit in Kirkcaldy from late November onwards. My diary is already open and filling up. 😊 You can find my new availability on her website.

Ursa Minor is not actively advertising now, any outstanding vouchers must be used as soon as possible or will expire at the end of this year. However, if Dunfermline is easier for you moving forward the treatment room will remain open for now, just send me a message to enquire. This will be very limited and depend on my availability but I’d like to stay flexible as much as I can!

Also, for anyone still reading 😊, I’ve recently qualified in deep tissue massage and would love to practise the new techniques (in Dunfermline) on Sat 18th Nov. I can offer 2 discounted slots, £20 for 1 hour. There will be some discussion needed during and after the appointment about how the treatment feels. Please message me if you’re interested!

Massage involves muscle and soft tissue manipulation to reduce tension and stress in the body and the mind, pushing out toxins the body is holding. 40 mins focuses on the back, neck and shoulders, 1 hour will include legs, feet and arms for a holistic treatment. Pregnancy massage involves many of the same techniques to help with those extra aches and pains that come with growing a person, it is a specially adapted process for mum and baby's comfort and safety.
Indian Head Massage is a seated session focusing first on releasing tension from the neck and shoulders then boosting energy and blood flow through scalp massage and finally working on pressure points on the head and face for an overall invigorating experience.

Thai Reflexology uses both hands and bamboo to massage and gently work on pressure points on the feet and lower legs to rejuvenate the energy flows around the whole body. It's a massage treat for the feet but has a holistic healing effect.

Reiki is an interesting treatment which is completely non-contact, while you relax on the massage table I will focus on drawing negative energy away and encouraging positive energy flow to restore balance and promote healing and spiritual growth. It can be a time for guided meditation. Everybody feels different with Reiki. ❤
