On hindsight it wasn’t the best angle 🫠Today I decided to have a bit of fun with Timelapse and video me partaking in my lovely class mate Susan’ assessment. It was a great lesson plan. Ive learnt so so much from my peers, it’s been very inspiring being in each others classes as ‘the student’

A good mix of nerves and excitement to get going!

I had a great weekend at yoga teacher training this weekend (as always) We had the lovely Kay Scorah fly in from London to share knowledge. A question she asked us ‘think of an inspiring teacher in your life’ In small groups we had a discussion, the teachers ranged from school teachers, yoga teachers to someone’s children! A teacher can come in many versions as you can imagine. After listening to one student talk about their teacher making a huge impact on their life/ education, another student remarked. I wonder does that teacher know what an impact they had. Going about their day not knowing how good they were. Coming back to my post a few months ago about compliments. When you see something lovely, inspiring, special in someone, let them know. It’s just so special, when this magic is shared it keeps our vibrations high, and goodness knows there is enough things going on in our worlds lowering our vibration’s.Furthermore if you get a compliment, TAKE IT! We (Irish😂) are guilty of not being able to take a compliment! We have to cancel it out straight away.Just say ‘Why thank you!’ 🫶🏼Who do you think of as an Inspiring teacher?
