Our next Little Calm Baby infant massage course begins Friday 21st August at 10.30am in my cosy garden studio at 58 Bush Road, Dungannon.

Over five relaxed weeks you'll learn gentle massage techniques to help:
🤍 Encourage bonding and attachment
🤍 Support digestion and ease tummy discomfort
🤍 Promote relaxation and better sleep
🤍 Understand your baby's cues and communication
🤍 Meet other local mums in a warm, welcoming environment

No pressure. No perfect babies expected. Feeding, cuddles and nappy changes are all part of the class.

✨ Suitable for babies from birth until crawling.
✨ Mats, organic coconut oil and refreshments are all provided.
✨ £65 for the full 5-week course.

At Little Calm Baby, my 5-week baby massage course is about so much more than learning massage techniques. It's a chance to slow down, bond with your baby, meet other local mums and enjoy an hour each week in a relaxed, welcoming space.
