Last night was the end of our first 6 week block of pilates at New classes will be announced today 🧘🏻‍♀️

Thank you all so much for joining me each week on the mats. The energy in each class has been electric and everyone has improved massively on their technique, strength and flexibility.

I am completely overwhelmed by the support from everyone and so excited to get the next 6 weeks started 💜
