When was the last time you truly gave yourself permission to switch off?

This is one of the things I love most about reflexology.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy involving gentle, targeted pressure on specific reflex points on the feet, which correspond to different parts of the body.

It offers you dedicated time away from the busyness of everyday life, in a calm & nurturing space where you can rest, unwind & reconnect with yourself.

✨ 10/10 PORTAL — A MOMENT TO REALIGN WITH YOURSELF ✨

Today, we step into the energy of the 10/10 portal - a date often associated in spiritual & numerology circles with new beginnings, alignment, personal growth and the closing of old chapters to make space for new ones.

The number 10 reminds us that endings can be beginnings in disguise. That we are allowed to outgrow old versions of ourselves, release what no longer feels aligned and choose a different path if our soul is calling us towards something new.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to force anything into existence.
And you certainly don’t need to have all the answers.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is pause, take a breath and listen to what your inner voice has been trying to tell you.

For this 10/10 portal, ask yourself:

- What am I ready to release?
- What am I being called to welcome into my life?
- Where am I being invited to trust myself a little more?
- What would it feel like to move forward with intention rather than fear?

Light a candle. Spend a few moments in stillness. Write down your intentions. Ground yourself in the present moment and allow yourself to be open to the possibilities ahead.

Remember, alignment isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the parts of yourself you’ve perhaps forgotten along the way.

There’s something about a new month that makes me want to pause, reflect & look at where I’m going next.

October feels like a month of expansion for Beautiful Sole…

I’ve launched my new Facial Reflexology treatment - something I’ve been so excited to add to my holistic offering.

Later this month, I’ll be continuing my own learning journey with further training in Physical Energetics.

I’m fascinated by the connection between the physical, emotional & energetic body. I’m so excited to deepen my knowledge and bring even more understanding into the space I hold for my clients.

Beautiful Sole isn’t about simply adding more treatments - it’s about going deeper.

Continuing to learn.
Continuing to grow.

Facial + facial reflexology - the full experience for those who want to completely switch off and be cared for from start to finish.

This isn’t about rushing in, having a treatment & rushing back out.

Raphael reminds you that you don’t always need to have all the answers. Sometimes you simply need to soften your perspective, release the story you’ve been carrying and allow yourself to consider that there may be another way.

Healing can begin when we stop fighting what has been and start asking:

“What is this here to teach me?”�“What am I ready to release?”�“What would it feel like to see this through the eyes of love?”

You are not broken.�You are not something that needs to be fixed.

There may simply be parts of you asking to be heard, understood and gently brought back into balance.

Raphael reminds you that wholeness isn’t about becoming someone new - it’s about returning to the parts of yourself you may have forgotten.

Be open.�Be gentle.�Be willing to see differently.

Because sometimes, the moment we change the way we see something…
is the moment healing can begin.
