Just to recap - Salt therapy is a non-invasive holistic approach to addressing inflammation in the airways, you simply sit back and relax while breathing deep.
It can really help alleviate symptoms of controlled chronic conditions and so far we’ve had clients use the salt suite to address asthma, chest infection, sinus issues, hayfever, allergies and more!
We’ve had lots of return visits already and many have mentioned that a gorgeous nights sleep followed their session 😴
