How I prepared my skin for my wedding: 6 months in advance I started supplements (skin biome & skin complete) for my hair, skin and nails, started to eat healthily, drink at least 2/3l water a day and use my (which I’ve used for the last 10 years!!) - was it worth it? 100%, my skin has never felt better and my make up was flawless!
